A leading global technology company, with over 20,000 employees worldwide, was preparing for a substantial acquisition.
While the buyer had a history of acquisitions, this transaction was the largest ever, both in terms of purchase price and number of employees being acquired.
It was critical to understand the sentiments, concerns, and opinions of employees. Understanding these insights were essential for identifying potential cultural issues and opportunities, aligning organizational priorities and preparing to facilitate the integration process.
